Treatment Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment
- A 100% deposit is required upfront to confirm your appointment.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation
This applies to bookings where full payment has not yet been taken at the time of scheduling — for example, appointments made over the phone.
- Payment must be completed and your booking confirmed within 2 hours of scheduling your appointment.
- If payment and confirmation are not received within this window, your appointment will be automatically released.
Rescheduling Policy

Late Cancellation & No-Show
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your payment is forfeited and non-refundable.
- If you do not show up, the same applies — payment is forfeited.
- A new payment will be required to rebook.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
- The full treatment fee still applies regardless of the shortened time.
Membership Clients
- If you are a membership client and fail to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, that session will be lost and cannot be carried over.
Product Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it good.
30-Day Satisfaction Promise If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange — your choice, no questions asked.
