Booking & Payment

  • A 100% deposit is required upfront to confirm your appointment.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation

This applies to bookings where full payment has not yet been taken at the time of scheduling — for example, appointments made over the phone.

  • Payment must be completed and your booking confirmed within 2 hours of scheduling your appointment.
  • If payment and confirmation are not received within this window, your appointment will be automatically released.

Rescheduling Policy

Late Cancellation & No-Show

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your payment is forfeited and non-refundable.
  • If you do not show up, the same applies — payment is forfeited.
  • A new payment will be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
  • The full treatment fee still applies regardless of the shortened time.

Membership Clients

  • If you are a membership client and fail to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, that session will be lost and cannot be carried over.

How to Initiate a Return
