📍 ON ARRIVAL – TEMPORARY ACCESS (24 Aug – 14 Sept) Due to building works on the 1st Floor, please use Lift 1, next to LE LABO, to reach the treatment rooms. This is the only access route during this period. Wait outside the treatment room door and your therapist will collect you.

Our flagship is an adults-only experience. It's candlelit throughout and designed for quiet, so the space — including the waiting area — is reserved for booked adult guests.
Please call us on 07404 377829 rather than booking online. We have a limited number of therapists available for male bookings, so we can find you the right time by phone.
Please give 24+ hours notice via email, phone, or chat to avoid charges. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
