3-Pack FAQ
What is a 3-pack?
Three sessions of one ritual, bought together at 20% off the single-session price. Body Ritual and Face Ritual packs are £552 (normally £690). The Face & Body pack is £780 (normally £975).
How do I buy one?
Through Fresha, using the Book button on this page. You pay in full when you buy, and the pack is linked to your Fresha account.
How do I book my sessions?
Book each session through Fresha as you normally would, choosing the ritual your pack covers. The session is taken from your pack at the visit rather than charged again. Not sure which ritual? Book a free 15-minute phone consultation first.
How long do I have to use them?
One year from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within the year expire.
Where and how do I redeem them?
In clinic at our Knightsbridge Flagship, 12 Beauchamp Place. Your pack is logged on our system, so there's nothing to print or bring; just tell us at the desk which session you're using. Packs can't be used at Selfridges, Liberty or our spa partners.
Can someone else use my sessions?
Yes. Every pack is fully transferable. Use all three yourself, give one to a friend, or gift the whole pack. Tell us who is coming when the session is booked so we can allocate it correctly.
Can I give a 3-pack as a gift?
Yes. Buy it in your name and let us know who it's for, and we'll register the sessions to them. If you'd rather they choose their own ritual, a gift card works better.
Can I mix rituals in one pack?
No. Each pack is for one ritual: Body, Face, or Face & Body. If you want both face and body, the Face & Body pack covers both in every session.
Can I add boosters or the infrared sauna?
Yes. Any 15-minute booster or an infrared sauna session can be added to a pack session at the standard price.
Can I use a pack session for a different ritual?
Sessions can't be swapped between rituals. A Body Ritual pack covers Body Rituals only, and so on.
Do I have to use the sessions close together?
No, but results build with consistency. For the best results we suggest the three sessions within six to eight weeks, then maintenance as you like.
What if I need to cancel or move a booking?
Our standard cancellation policy applies. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a session; less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed appointment, counts as a used session.
Can I get a refund?
Packs are non-refundable once purchased, but they are transferable, so unused sessions can be passed to someone else within the year.
Is there a bigger pack?
Yes. The Buy 6 Get 1 Free pack gives you seven sessions of any of the three rituals, each with a complimentary 15-minute sauna, for £1,680. You'll find it on the same Fresha page.
What's the difference between a 3-pack and membership?
A 3-pack is three sessions to use whenever you like within a year, and you can share them. Membership is a monthly rhythm of two rituals plus a product credit, with a three-month minimum then 30 days' notice, and it's not transferable. Both are Knightsbridge only.
