You already pay £230 for one ritual. As a member, that same £230 gives you two rituals and a £40 product credit every month.

Every membership is priced at the cost of the single treatment it is built on, so you never pay more than you would for one visit. Benefits are for the month: use them, enjoy them, and they renew on your billing date.

Membership FAQ
Why is a membership the same price as one treatment?
Because we would rather see you twice a month than once in a while. Consistency is what makes the Method work, so the membership is priced to make the second visit, and your products, part of the same decision.
Is membership available at every location?
No. Membership is exclusive to our Knightsbridge Flagship at 12 Beauchamp Place, London SW3 1NQ, and can only be used there.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, three months. That's the time it takes for the Method to show its best results. After your first three months, your membership continues month to month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
After your three-month minimum, email wecare@dimple-amani.com with 30 days' notice. We'll confirm your end date and any final payment in writing, and you keep all your benefits until then.
When am I billed?
Your first month is taken when you join. After that you're billed on the same date each month, automatically, until your cancellation takes effect. There is no joining fee.
When do my monthly benefits renew?
On your billing date each month, not the first of the calendar month. Unused treatments, sauna sessions and product credit do not roll over.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships can't be paused. If you're going to be away, you can still use your benefits around your dates, and anything unused in a billing month expires.
Which treatments are included?
The Ritual covers two 60-minute rituals a month, and each one can be a Face Ritual or a Body Ritual, so you can have two of the same or one of each. The Signature and Complete Rituals cover the 90-minute Face & Body Ritual.

Can I add boosters or the sauna?
Yes. Anything not included in your membership can be booked as an add-on at the standard price. Product credit can't be used towards them.
How does the product credit work?
It's a discount for your credit amount, applied to one product purchase in clinic each billing month. Spend it on any product on our shelves. It can't be used on treatments, boosters or gift cards, can't be split across purchases, and doesn't carry over.
Can I change tier?
You can move up at any time. To move down, give 30 days' notice by email and the change takes effect from your next billing date after that.
How do I book?
Through Fresha as normal, or we can book for you in clinic. You can choose your therapist, subject to their availability. There's no minimum gap between appointments beyond our standard treatment suitability rules.
Can someone else use my sessions?
No. Memberships are personal and not transferable. If you'd like to treat someone, our 3-packs are fully transferable.
When do I receive my welcome gift?
At your first visit as a member.
What about the 3-packs?
They're still available for clients who prefer a set of sessions to use whenever they like, and they can be shared. Membership is for a regular rhythm, with products included.
Are there any suitability rules?
Age requirements, pregnancy suitability and contraindications follow our standard treatment rules. If you're unsure, book a free 15-minute phone consultation and we'll talk it through before you join.
