Will I see a difference after one session?
Most clients notice a flatter stomach, less puffiness and a lighter feeling the same day, with the full effect over the next 24 to 48 hours. Results build with a course of treatments.
Does lymphatic drainage hurt?
No. The Dimple Amani Method® uses firm, rhythmic strokes and our wooden and copper tools. Some areas feel more intense than others, and your therapist adjusts the pressure with you throughout.
What should I wear and bring?
Nothing special. Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments and the oils are absorbed quickly. Arrive five minutes early so you can settle in.
How often should I come?
Weekly for the fastest results, then every two to four weeks to maintain. Many clients book before an event, a holiday or after travel.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or with a medical condition?
Please call us on 07404 377829 before booking if you are pregnant, have a heart or kidney condition, active infection or cancer treatment, so we can advise. Our treatments are Ayurvedic-inspired wellness practices, not medical care.
